While I was only a year into a brand new horse trailer, Ryan was very understanding when I explained that I just didn’t think Tink was as comfortable in it’s configuration as I had hoped. He was more than willing to answer my many questions to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my new purchase. Ryan has put a lot of effort into bringing trailers into Ontario that he has faith in but that the non-serious show horse owner can afford to own for trail rides and clinic travel.
He spent a lot of time talking with me – not as a sales person but as a horse owner and experienced hauler. I truly appreciate people like him who go above and beyond for their customers

I purchased my trailer from RMK and picked it up in January. From the start of the process , Ryan and Miranda were awesome to deal with. They were very patient with me and answered all my questions and provided their suggestions for what I needed. They made the process seamless and easy . I had a trailer ordered from another company and cancelled it and went with them because they were easy to deal with and very honest. I couldn’t be more happy with what I purchased . I got EXACTLY what I needed with their help and suggestions. The 3H stock combo gooseneck is so easy to tow with my 1500. You can barely feel it. The fact you can get a colour other than black , white, or grey is awesome and makes heads turn . The tack room is the perfect size , easy to convert into a weekender. Ryan and Miranda didn’t just dump me as a client after I picked it up, they keep in contact to ensure that the trailer is still the right fit , and that’s what makes them awesome! They truly care about their clients. Would definitely recommend anyone looking to reach out to them. They have something for everyone and mindful of budgets . They are knowledgeable and passionate about their business and it shows ! Already got my eye on the next one I want. 5* service all the way

I ordered a custom stock comb trailer from RMK. Ryan was very easy to deal with and helped me pick the best options I needed that didn’t break the bank! I am really happy with the final product and it hauls awesome with my Ram 1500! Thanks RMK Trailer!

Deciding to buy a brand new horse trailer was a daunting decision but having something I could trust for many years was what made me start looking. I came across RMK early this year and reached out about the S&S stock trailer. I wanted something safe and comfortable for my horse but that wouldn’t break the bank. Both Ryan and Miranda were so helpful; understanding exactly what I was looking for and helping me to understand the faith they put in these trailers for safety. I was able to choose from a lot of different options and also some very nice colours. Ryan especially was always there to answer any questions and did so honestly as a horse-person with experience towing. There were many times I was hesitant to reach out about something I didn’t understand about new trailers or the best options for my horse and he welcomed all my queries with grace. Financing was very easy!! RMK kept me updated through the process and held the trailer until I could get there to pick it up. They were even there by phone to guide me as I registered it with Service Ontario. RMK went above and beyond for me and I have not regretted working with them for a second on what was such a hard decision for me at the beginning. Very kind people who truly care that you are getting what you need to help make your horse hauling easier.
